A cemetery of ISIS militants containing 500 graves, most of who were killed in clashes with Iraqi armed forces, has been found near the town of al-Saqlawiya, northwest of Fallujah in Anbar province, the Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday.

According to the ministry, the cemetery contains the graves of Iraqi militants and foreigners.

According to the names on the gravestones, there are women among them. For instance, in the photos, gravestones numbered 443 (٤٤٣) and 444 (٤٤٤) belong to women.

As seen in the pictures, many of the slain militants were killed in 2016.
