I extend my condolences to the families of the victims, the British nation and government. I stand by you and share your grievances. I wish a quick recovery to the wounded,” Barzani stated.

“The recurrence of terrorist acts in different cities and places of the world reiterates the need for a stronger response against terrorism and terrorists and more concerted international endeavors to stop violent and terrorist ideologies.”
