He attracts customers to his restaurant in Erbil from across the Kurdistan Region including regular clients who are foreigners.
Dolma, kuba, kifta, and sar w pe are some of the favorites. Customers brag about the restaurant's cleanliness.

"I personally wouldn't appreciate having rice and soup every day," said the owner Ramazan, who has steadily grown Tam Dar restaurant in the Tayrawa area near the Endowment Mosque into one of Erbil's best kept secrets.
