Elsa and Anna return to big screen for Olaf’s Frozen Adventure
The beloved princesses Elsa and Anna are returning to the cinema for Disney’s new short film “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure."
In the teaser trailer released on June 13, it’s apparent that Anna and Elsa will still be actively involved in the short film filmed filled with magic and music, which is sure to steal the hearts of children worldwide.
Elsa and Anna made their first debut in Disney’s Oscar-winning film “Frozen” in 2013 which was Walt Disney Picture’s highest grossing film making over $400 million dollars from cinemas worldwide.
“Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” or “Frozen 2” acts as a mini-sequel to 2013’s Frozen in which the sisters realize that they have no family traditions and do not understand how to celebrate Christmas. The lovable and determined Olaf The Snowman decides to set out to “borrow” Christmas traditions from the townspeople of Arendelle.
The short film was originally created to be made as a TV special to be released this Christmas. However, Disney has changed their minds and decided to screen “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” ahead of Disney PIXAR’s new film “Coco” which is to be released in on November 22.
The latest Hollywood blockbusters are typically shown on the big screen at theaters in Duhok, Sulaimani and Erbil in the Kurdistan Region.
