Duhok village goes completely off the grid

A village in Duhok recently went completely off the grid, becoming the second in the province to shut down all generators. Rudaw visited the village and spoke with the cleric who initiated the campaign and others. The villagers rely on the public electricity for a few hours a day for the batteries to cool off.
