On the 12th anniversary of the death of Iraq's former dicator Saddam Hussein Iraqis remain divided over his rule and what came after.

One resident believes the former regime and had success and failures and but the new era has been all setbacks. One man appreciates the freedom of speech he's found and able to practice in the new era.
