Erbil book fair attracts domestic, regional publishers
More than 300 publishing houses are participating in the 14th annual Erbil International Book Fair.
It began on Wednesday and will last 11 days until April 13 in the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Former president of the Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, attended the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Some 21 Arab and foreign countries are present at the event at the exhibit hall in Sami Abdulrahman Park.
Books include fiction, poetry, Islamic history, and other subject matters.
