DUHOK, Kurdistan Region – Turkish jets bombed inside the Kurdistan Region borders Tuesday night, killing 7 people in a village near Shiladze, near Amedi.

Turkish jets bombed the Amedi area again on Wednesday night, with no casualties reported.

Two jets bombed a village near the Shin River close to Shiladze, Rudaw’s Karwan Ali reported.

On Tuesday night, Mala Ahmed Sitaye, a local preacher, told Rudaw that three people from Shiladze were killed and a friend of theirs was missing.

Wednesday, the number of those killed rose to seven, Rudaw’s correspondent reported. The bodies of the deceased are in Shiladze.

Turkey frequently carries out airstrikes on alleged PKK locations in the Kurdistan Region's mountains where the PKK has its headquarters.

May the fedayîs of Gerîla take hundreds of this cruel barbar hordes! Every dead terrorist turk soldier is legitimate! No mercy with any gruesome turkish thug (soldiers and police)! This bloodthirsty mercenaries can't get enough of drinking the blood of innocent civilians. Rest in peace to our martyred people. Shame on the international community that they are again quite when innocent Kurdish people martyr. With your silence you make yourself complicit with turkish terrorism and occupation on Kurds!

How does the Turkish government get away with killing with impunity? Innocent locals are again killed by a brutal, paranoid foreign government that has absolutely no right to be here. WHEN will this stop? WHO has the integrity and power to stop such senseless killing?
