Dilovan, who was widely seen as the PM’s social affairs representative, died at the age of 51 from a heart attack on Monday.
Masoud Barzani, Dilovan’s uncle and the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), among others, received the delegates.
Thursday is the last official day of the funeral in Pirmam.
