ERBIL, Kurdistan Region — The town of Amedi, near Duhok, is in the middle of its third Peace, Culture and Arts Festival. The festival aims to promote the culture and folklore of the Badinan area, and had the participation of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees.
