ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - Robin C.Meili, senior management systems analyst and director of International Programs at the RAND Corporation, said at a speech at the Kurdistan Regional Government’s unveiling of a three-year reform plan on Monday that, after six years of working closely with the KRG, she and her colleagues remain deeply committed to the recovery and success of the region.
