ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - Robin C.Meili, senior management systems analyst and director of International Programs at the RAND Corporation, said at a speech at the Kurdistan Regional Government’s unveiling of a three-year reform plan on Monday that, after six years of working closely with the KRG, she and her colleagues remain deeply committed to the recovery and success of the region.
She also mentioned that “building a region by breaking down obstacles to growth and development” has been the KRG prime minster's vision for eight years.
