ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The body of a young Iraqi man, who was shot dead, was found by the internal security forces (Asayish) in the notorious al-Hol camp in northeast Syria (Rojava), a conflict monitor reported on Sunday.
The victim was a young Iraqi man who was killed by a weapon with a silencer in the fourth section of the infamous camp, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said.
North Press Agency (NPA) also reported the incident, saying the body had "signs of four gunshots."

Al-Hol has infamously been branded a breeding ground for terrorism, with Kurdish and Iraqi authorities describing the squalid camp as a "ticking time bomb," saying the situation in the camp is "very dangerous."
ISIS sleeper cells are active in the camp and multiple deaths have been reported over the past months.
In late March, security forces in Rojava arrested a suspect allegedly planning a suicide attack in the camp.
There have been repeated calls from Kurdish, Iraqi, and US officials requesting the international community to repatriate their nationals from al-Hol, but most have gone unanswered as many countries are worried about security concerns.
Around 450 Iraqi families returned to Iraq from the camp, an official told Rudaw on Friday despite the country being one of the world's top executioners.
