ANKARA - Two explosions devastated a train station near the center of the Turkish capital Ankara on Saturday, causing many casualties and fatalities, the Dogan news agency reported.

The blast occurred at 10:05am local time and "dozens of casualties" were reported, according to Turkey's Anadolu Agency.

At least 20 people have been killed, according to Turkey's Dogan News Agency.

Some reports claimed it was a suicide attack.

"After the explosions there was a clash between families of the victims and police," Rudaw reporter Mashalla Dakak reported live from the scene of the blasts.

"No party has claimed responsibility for the attack. So far, 20 people have been reported killed and at least 100 wounded," he added

The rally was called by the Confederation of Public Sector Trades' Unions to demand an end to the fight between the Turkish government and the Kurdistan Worker's Party, or PKK.
