American businessman founder of Justice for Kurds Thomas Kaplan, and the French philosopher and author Bernard-Henri Levy sat down with Rudaw's Majeed Gly in New York on Thursday to discuss the state of support for Kurds in the US.

Drawing a connection between the current plight of Ukrainians and the challenges the Kurdish people have historically faced, the conversation touched on a range of issues and reasons behind Kaplan and Levi’s commitment to and involvement with the Kurdish cause.
